You run one brake on your fixed gear, but don't want to buy two levers? Check out this lever from Soma. Black or Silver left side only. It has a barrel adjuster for easy cable adjustment, is hinged for easy installation, and it has adjustable reach. Sure its not as nice as the Paul E-lever but it's also less than half the price.
