The Panaracer T-Serv tire is designed for urban city riding, but it's great for touring as well.  It is built with an extra strong casing to resist cuts and pinch flats, and it has a light weight aramid belt under the tread to help prevent punctures.  The tread is made of a natural rubber compound that increases grip and tire life.
