The Serfas Seca is a good training or urban riding tire.  One of the best features of the tire is the dual compound tread*.  There is a hard long wearing black tread in the center of the tire, and a softer grey tread on the sides for better grip when cornering.  The Seca also has Serfas' integrated flat protection system to help prevent punctures.
