Colored Spokes!

Add a little color to your bike with colored spokes! High quality stainless steel spokes with a colored polyurethane coating. Cut and treaded to any length you'd like! The colors available are (top left to bottom right): lime green, royal blue, gold, yellow, orange, pink, white, purple, light blue, red, and green. We can calculate spoke lengths for you but it is an additional $10 for the labor charge. Because of the nature of the item, there are no returns available for cut spokes. As Mavic says, "a robust and affordable rim." We'll actually expand on that....the Open Sport is the evolution of Mavic's legendary box MA2 that morfed into the "Open" shape. It's a double wall single eyelet shape with a 16mm hieght, 9.5 of which is machined braking surface with wear indicator and Mavic's patented "UB Control." The rim is 20.2mm wide from side to side and comes in silver or black in 32 or 36 hole drillings weighing in at 490 grams.

The included key is a little more cumbersome to use than a standard 5mm hex wrench or quick release, but much safer! All parts in each Pinhead lock set are keyed alike, and use one of their multiple key configurations for added security. Made from cold forged steel with a lifetime key replacement (don't forget to register!) and lifetime manufacturer's warranty.

We build an average of 8-10 pairs of custom wheels each week for track, fixed gear, touring, and road use. We know what it takes to build a good, solid wheelset for any type of use!
