The natural bamboo decking is treated with multiple coats of nautical grade waterproofing so no mater what Mr Nature dishes out the rack will last. The Loring rack will work with almost all panniers. The rack itself has a set of rails into which any one of Topeak's many MTX accessories slide. Once said accessory is in place, it automatically clips onto the rack and remains securely fastened yet easily removable.

The Explorer rack is the 'standard issue' Topeak rear rack and is the backbone of the whole MTX design. The tubular aluminum construction ensures both lightweight and great durability and the black powdercoat finish ensures you'll look good year after year. The rack itself is designed to act as a backup emergency fender (but not a great substitute for the real deal!) and has plenty of area on the back for mounting lights.

The hardware that Surly uses ensures that your rack will fit better, and be more adjustable than a "standard" rack.

Old Man Mountain Red Rock Rack

The Red Rock is the biggest strongest rack that Old Man Mountain makes. It has tripple stays and is extra long so you can carry large loads and set your panniers further back if needed. Like all of Old Man Mountain's racks they mount to the brake bosses so no upper eyelets are needed. If your frame has no canti or V bosses the supports can be clamped to the seat stays.
