The distinctively designed Daisy hubset was originally for tandems, but they work great for touring applications. The Daisy hub shells are engineered with extra tall flanges which accentuate their classic aesthetic. Although the taller flanges add to the character of the hub, they also serve a specific purpose. A wheel that is laced to a high flanged hub will make a stronger and stiffer wheel. The Daisy rear hub is drum brake compatible and spaced to 130mm through 145mm. The front has cutouts in the flanges that look really spiffy. Machined in the USA.
