The Soma Velodrama / IRD Superdrome Steel Track Bar.  It is the Soma Version of the classic track bar, Very much like the Deda Elementi Velocita, but cheaper.  The IRD and Soma bars are the exact same bar from the same factory.  The pink and white are marked Soma Velodrama, and the black and silver IRD Super Drome.

If you want a stiff steel bar that you can take off and beat someone with and then ride home, this is the bar for you.
