Getting soaked on your commute sucks.  Wet legs can ruin an otherwise good time and while full rain pants offer a good solution, they are bulky, not very breathable, and difficult to take on and off.  The rainlegs address all of these things and while not as protective as full rain pants paired with fenders they are an excellent choice for anything except the most inclement weather.  Lightweight black ripstop nylon is fully wind and water proof with taped seems and reflective trim.  Can be put on in about 30 seconds and are secured via 3 clips and and 2 velcro straps.  If your so inclined than whatever the weather these will double as a great costume for the Folsom street fair.
