The Velo Orange dual leg kickstand is a good alternative to the Pletscher Esge double kickstand for those on a budget. The legs are adjustable in length for different sized frames and wheels. The legs fold in as they go up, and on most frames will be about the same width as the chain stays when up. The legs look like they sit very low when up, but they won't interfere with cornering. So whether you are trying to attach or take off panniers on a loaded touring bike, or changing a flat tire on your commute bike the VO double kickstand will make your live a lot easier.
The tips of the legs are covered so they wont mar floors.
The kickstand does not come with a top plate. So if your bike does not have an integrated kickstand plate you will need a top plate.
