If you're looking for the one extra little bit of bling to trick out your ride than this may very well be it.  It replaces the washer on a Phil rear hub and has an extra grippy knurled inner surface with lots of area so your wheel won't slip.  Also, it's super polished stainless steel and prevents your wheel from being stolen with channel locks or vise grips.  Sweet!  It will work for your front wheel as well if you are willing to file away a bit of the fork dropouts.
