Nitto is a small, family-owned manufacturer of bicycling components and accessories, widely known for making great track components.

 

Now they offer a great bar that is just for the street fixie rider. The Nitto B260AA (formerly the B-259AA) is an aluminum riser bar, with about 1" of rise and a bit of sweep for comfort. Already short (48cm), so you don't have to hack it off to get more scene points.
