The Genuine Innovations Second Wind Road is both a CO2 inflater and a pump.  Unlike most CO2 pump combos the second wind road works quite well.  The pump function will readily reach pressures over 100psi.  The CO2 cartridge stores in the handle when not in use and doubles as a handle extension when pumping.  The CO2 function is twist to inflate. 

Includes one 16g threaded CO2 cartridge.
