All of our wheels are built in house by our mechanics, all of whom have years of experience and hundreds of wheels under their belts. We build an average of 8-10 pairs of custom wheelsets each week for all types of use. We know what it takes to build a good, solid wheelset for any type! We have lots of options on parts too. Whether you want Schmidt SON, Phil Wood, or Velocity we can take care of you.
Our wheels are hand laced and slowly brought up to tension. We stress-relieve the wheel at least three times throughout the build process, and check each spoke individually to ensure even tension throughout the entire wheel. The wheel will be dished (read: centered) so it sits in your frame evenly. Yes, all of this takes longer, but it has its benefit in not requiring as much maintenance after the fact. We guarantee that the finished wheel will leave here dished accurately, trued (side to side) within 0.5mm, round within 0.5mm, and ready to ride - with the addition of your rim strips, tubes and tires of course.

All wheels are hand built to order. We've recently seen a huge increase in the amount of custom wheels that we are building. Most wheel orders will ship in eight to ten business days.
