The Lumotec Lyt is a great see and be seen light for urban riding. The Lumotec Lyt is not as bright as the Busch Muller Lumotec IQ Cyo Plus, but it much less expensive. At 25 Lux it is brighter than almost any other dynamo light at the price. The Lumotec Lyt lights the road with a bright cone of whight light. It lights the road immediately in front of you, and allows you to still see street signs and other objects away from the pavement easily. Light is provided by a high power LED so no bulb replacement should ever be needed. The LED will last many thousands of hours. Because of the LED will come to full power at slower speeds (<5mph) than and be brighter than a halogen.

We stock the Plus version and the Senso Plus. The Plus has Busch and Muller's "Standlight" feature. Standlight is a condenser that is charged while riding so that when the bike comes to stop the light will stay on for several minutes. Standlight uses no batteries and requires no maintenance. The Senso Plus version adds a light detecting sensor that will turn the light on automatically when it is dark.
