Arkel Dolphin 32 panniers are fully waterproof and feature filled. This is a smaller version of the dolphin 48 for front or rear use.  They are constructed coated ripstop nylon on the outer bag with a molded hard plate on the bike side.  The bag uses fully adjustable cam-lock attachment system.  So what ever rack you have you will get an easy on easy off secure fit. The main compartment has a roll top closure, there is a zippered outer pocket, and a hidden self draining pocket right behind that.
