The Arkel T42 is a medium large classic pannier.  Arkel claims they told their designers to "keep it simple" with this bag, but compared to many brands it is loaded with features.  The T-42 has an aluminum frame, hard bottom, and full length zippers to make sure your gear is accessible and stable. The top and rear pockets feature Arlek's "smiley" zippers which allow easy access with out letting your things fall out.  In the liner against the back plate Arkel has included a pocket for all the items you want to keep from being bent.  On the outside of the bag is a large mesh pocket for wet items or things you need instant access to.  The T42 will attach to your rack using Arkel's easy, adjustable, and secure cam lock hook system.
